Electro-muscle stimulation technology
EMS training is still new for most people. It's a special suit with embedded electrodes placed over different parts of the body — where the strongest stimulation is needed.
* The suit isn't smart enough to know which areas you want to target. That's what the app is for — to set the stimulation level for each region.
Electrodes placed in 10 zones
If you want stronger stimulation on the abs, you can dial up the intensity for that region. If you want more glute work mid-session, dial it up on the glutes.
Each region's intensity can be set manually from 0 to 100. A comfortable session usually sits around 30–40 — but every person has their own preference.
The main effects of EMS training
Electrostimulation in the Forma X suit sends electrical impulses that stimulate every major muscle group at once. The tech activates more muscle fibres and produces a stronger contraction than a regular workout, making it highly efficient. That's how 20-minute sessions can deliver visible results.
